Foodphags, lol. I bet I could puke up one of my steaks and after a taste they'd all bow to my cooking abilities.  My Barbecue Smoky Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburgers: [ link to i.imgur.com (secure)] No need to bow...  I like to throw maple and apple tree branches on the coals for flavor. I don't know what people see in propane. Barbecuing for me is an experience, I don't want it to be convenient. The longer it takes, the better.
