When people request banks for loans the circulating money supply expands.

When people pay or service the loans the circulating money supply contracts.

From 1991 to 2006 the US new home construction portion was increasing on average 10% per year for 15 years straight.

Then the supply of people that were demanding new loans to buy new homes dried up.

Because the supply of people that where ready willing and able to demand new homes was exhausted.

The money supply stopped expanding but not contracting and the economy imploded due to the rate of exponential growth collapsing in relation to the rate of exponential decay.

Lets say there is 1000% Inflation greater than previous inflation and 995% Inflation less than previous inflation or Deflation

1000-995 = 5

All you would see is 5% inflation greater than previous inflation the massive amount of deflation would be invisible.

The collapse began in late 2006 but did not show up or become visible until 2008.

In 2006 the the fall is when the collapse in new home construction began but right at the normal seasonal dip.

In 2007 they kept saying that it was lower than the previous year of course but kept making excuses at to why it was no big deal.

All recessions in US have been caused by the FED since 1913, and various central banks before that.

Has as much to do with the Americans rallying, working 3-jobs prepping, and uniting as it did Trump. If anything Trump reminded Americans how to Rally.
