I was about 60 lbs overweight 2 years ago...now I exercise and I'm more careful about what I eat. Occasionally about 1 out 4 eggs i eat the yoke and i love it...dipping thin seeded rye toast into runny egg yokes...doesnt get any better than that..but I want to be fit so I I'm smarter about what i eat...not dumb |

If its for the minerals and Vitamins thats from the Yolk. Its also where all the fat is. So if your trying for high Protein with little or no fat, or if you have a heart condition the whites are healthier. If you have heart issues you should only eat 3 egg yolks per week. |
