It wasn't easy but they did it - somehow the Vagina Museum of Fine Arts created a new statue just as bad as the old ones they had. And it only cost the city $2 1/2 million dollars, about the average cost of 10 families on welfare. Go Richmond!!! Hail your new conquerers!
