I believe the word full is a key word here and the scripture doesn't say he was led by the holy ghost but by the spirit (which could be his human spirit) I don't think the holy spirit can be tempted can it?

That spirit breathed into adam was a life giving spirit(Christ)which was cut off from the father when adam sinned(broke the fathers law)the flaming sword and veil prevented man from the father

That same life giving spirit was not breathed into Jesus ,he didn't receive it like adam did it wasn't passed thru adam like we get it. He is the fathers only begotten son the word which WAS not is
