Here's the unabridged story, it's even better as I was in a rush to post, sorry. I actually called for tech support and it hit me at the time to ask the rep oh and btw I would like to ask x cable to please carry OAN news, thinking at the time that they would refer me to another telephone number to call. He immediately said that they are getting lots of requests for it and would pass it on. I was like wow that's cool.

That was about a month ago, don't have OAN yet but will call again.
