Been wondering if & when someone would make an AR platform shotgun - but those shells sure don't look like 20 ga. I want to get a Rock Island Armory VR80 down the road. It's magazine fed, fires 12 ga, & they did a superb job getting over the engineering issues mag-fed SGs have had in the past. It's kind of awkward looking with high capacity mags (think they go up to 19 shells max if I recall correctly) - guessing someone needs to make a drum for it. Dying to take one apart & see how they pulled that off. |
