[ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] Kwame Holman talks with second amendment scholar Joyce Lee Malcolm about likelihood of Congress voting on bill that would ban assault weapons. In 2006, Joyce Lee Malcolm joined George Mason University and became the Patrick Henry Professor of Constitutional Law and the Second Amendment there, a position she has held ever since. The position is wholly funded by the National Rifle Association (NRA).  Who would have ever thought that second amendment scholar Joyce Lee Malcolm who say that? lol
