First is marital status, number of times married, currently single (without lying).
Next is money, job status and financial stability.
Then it's about plans of what to do with the woman (other than just fucking her). Usually marriage and how she will be set up and the relationship (do you want her to cook and make babies or be more like a married concubine kept woman?)

Then the gentleman will buy her jewelry to prove his wealth and intention.
Followed by living arrangements and an allowance.

If gentlemen can't do all this then they cannot afford a woman.
