Just want to mention that I've seen meth addicts that look healthier than some of the vegans shown in the video.

Can't believe people are buying into this vegan nonsense, humans have been consuming animal meat/organs for tens of thousands of years.

that is inadequate intake of food.. not veganism. Some of them live on salad etc alone.. and you can't get enough calories from that.

Most cannot be completely vegan.. I am one who cannot.. my meat suit does not make much.. always do my cholesterols run LOW since I was a young adult... and tests became available. few humans can manufacture enough cholesterol and need it in their diets... Cholesterol is necessary to making the adrenal and pituitary steroids...

I eat eggs which were given to this planet before people's bodies evolve to produce cholesterol.

Vegans have stomach ulcers from a buildup of vile bile. They seek to alleviate their ulcers by changing their diet. But this will not solve the underlying problem.

Watch the video. They are champions and THEN they become vegans. Then in a few short years they are washed up and dying.

The veggies I know are in decent weight and health, but generally dense as fuck smug liberal arrogant types. So their body mass, muscle, bone is ok, but the neuro structures are not intact. The meat eaters I know are hearty but mixed healthy meat eaters are stout, junk food types are bloated slow and degenerate. The vegans I know all have cancer. Literally all of them.
