The Black parents around the entire USA need to get pissed off at the Schools and authorities that say that Black Males shall not be held accountable for any criminal acts in school and basically in life.
This policy is DESTROYING and making savages of this generation, such a dis-service to everyone.
The Bible teaches that to spare the rod, is to spoil the child.
