I don't know who modified it but the main one circulating now shows the shooter was white, with the exact same footage that showed he was black before it was changed.

The second guy shot was walking around for 5 seconds while bleeding out. He died at the hospital.

Notice how the first guy shot was attempting to draw his weapon but his hand got hung up on his coat. That cost him time and his life. You have 2 seconds or less to pull it out and use it. 2 seconds.
