Same here. Real estate has become a casino to launder money through. Condos are sold offshore before they even break ground and often change owners several times before it is ready to be lived in. And they don't live in it. They keep it as an "investment" and don't want it to devalue by having someone actually live there. Anyone working for a living here can't afford to buy. Your average one bedroom condo is going for 400K. And that's not even in a good neighborhood or luxury complex.

Already have. Act, we gave African to them Ghaddafi used to build all the roads, buildings, airports , hospitals, etc for multiple countries, not just his own. When we whacked him we opened the door for the Chinese. I have personally seen several little Chinese compounds that they set up to improve airports, hospitals.... the workers are flown in. Build the compound, which is attached to the work site, they never go outside the construction site and compound.

Turns out that Ghaddafi wasn’t behind Lockerbie after all. My theory is that Libya, Syria and Iran were planing to flood the oil market and drive the saudis back into tents. So the Saudi’s called their military branch, aka the USA. I think there is more to it, tho. I believe that once the saudis were out of the picture, the opec nations were going reattach their currency to the gold standard.

In fact, I think that’s the basic reason behind all currently ongoing armed conflicts. The gold standard is coming back, and only those nations that have physical possession will have a seat at the table.

Africa doesn't have cheap labor in that way- but it is RICH in resources- so not very smart to go with China.
