I did Common Law stuff with the Indians for awhile. And what this VA thing seems to be is a massive Class Action. It will go to SCOTUS and be dumped. But rather, just keep the records of KNOWN gun purchases, and OVER TIME (like the boiling frog), pay visits to known gun owners who did not respond to the order given in the mail, to relinquish the firearms. So you'll never know WHEN to expect that "visit".

And the fact that the hapless gun owner didn't relinquish the arms, making them considered "dangerous", so they will have a Red Flag strike put on them just before the visit. Making it all "legal" and with nobody being able to say anything to the contrary.

And there's no guarantee what the supreme court will decide. There are precedents supporting both potentialities.
