Given that the CIA is working full on a "revolution" of the Iranian youth against the Khamenei gerontocracy, the only way to stop that agitation from abroad is to cut the internet completely and definitely. It is necessary to see if the USA is going to use some wireless internet system that can give access to Iranian youth, bypassing blocked local providers. Many in Iran have satellite internet, so the regime won't be able to censor everyone.
