Hell, my good friend is a disabled mother of one on welfare. (Her man didn't want a sickly wife.) They're always making it hard on her and trying to get her kicked off if she makes a mistake, but they don't want to help her get therapy and thus maybe getting better enough to be able to work. With all the cuts to welfare/disability, she can barely afford toothpaste.
She said they've made her cry her eyes out in their offices and they look like they enjoy it.
