I think plasmas connections are being blamed for all the "transformer explosions" we are seeing across America lately.

In 2000, I was shmooozing at an Evangelical conference in Jerusalem. I only attended a couple of lectures. One was an Israeli government spokesperson who was going to discuss UFOs. Having been warned not to talk about them in 1979, I wanted to know what had been unclassified in the intervening two decades.

The speaker started off talking about the old military anti-radar plasma shields so I was happy to know that I was no longer in state secret territory. He went on to talk about natural tectonic and astronomical sources of the light plasma balls behind many UFO reports. Then he made an interesting statement...

... he said that in the coming years as man-made plasma balls became obsolete, natural plasma balls would increase. He said years. He didn't say decades. but here we are 20 years later, so...
