Soros-Funded Propaganda Outlet Claims Tucker Carlson’s Anti-War Stance is Motivated by Racism

The US Soros Department (AKA, "State Department") has put a lot of effort and money into helping the CIA raise armies of terrorists (e.g., Al Q, ISIS, etc.) to justify the "war on terror" and accomplish the aims.
