I have a theory about mall world and source players. Source players go to mall world when they sleep and aren't supposed to know they’re source players or meet other players. That's why there's all these cool shops, pretty water, cool rides, etc. These things are distractions from getting to the ‘source’. That would explain why some people have claimed to be attacked or woken up when they start lucid dreaming in mall world. The ‘archons’ (for lack of a better word) are trying to keep the source asleep in the REAL WORLD (non 3D) by waking them up in the matrix world. (waking up in this world)

Last night I had a dream in a part of mall world I've never been to. I don’t remember everything but I was with a group of ~8 people and at one point we were talking and all of us came to an agreement : “Oh yeah, i’ve been here in a dream before”. We were all hella excited, laughing and being in awe. There was one guy tho who left the group before this revelation, and when he got back we asked him “You’ve been here before in a dream right? All of us have it’s crazy”. He said no then left. Everyone kept saying things like “Oh yeah, he is kinda weird now that I think of it.” and just kinda gossiping and wondering if he was lying.

Maybe he was just another filler character and genuinely didn’t know what we meant, maybe he was gonna snitch that we were banding together to do something and we knew it was a dream. I don’t know. This dream was definitely more than a dream, we even acknowledged how amazing it was to be aware of it.

The area we were in was at the bottom of a hidden spiral staircase in some building that was kinda dusty and unused. The staircase led to a huge underground kinda man cave that we were all hanging out in. It felt like a part of a school/university so maybe it was near the college. (I'm thinking library, there were lots of books on high bookshelves in our little area)

I got a few more mall world stories if anyone's interested. One of them is entirely fucked.
