HAIYAN was predicted by the WEATHER MODELS more than a week before it actually formed.

If it was really man made the fucking United States would've already sending CATEGORY 5 tropical cyclones every month to CHINA OR NORTH KOREA or if they want to self destroy they could've been sending cat 5s to themselves like DORIAN would've had been.
