Its not even logical that 145 lbs of beak stands up and declares "ok the duke is my brother so everybody do what i say" only democrats do a "persona non integretas" even when its a bunch of people standing in the snow thinking "we're gonna die" and somebody says "no we're not?" Thats the root of it. After wisdom and divine right establishes by the people comes the holding of it "by a sword".
In such beginnings theres almost always one guy who says "LOOK at my apollo hercules azz! I am surely king!" and there's always another guy about the same size who says "but look? I am right?" and that early one God decides....whether a people will be largely ruled by a might or a "right". He makes the one you don't get slower.
But since you usually like both and are about good for anything, it all works out

Right rulers carry their selves as is best benefiting the lives and souls of their people. Wrong ones create the govt we are seeing today
