The reform bill!! This accident just happened. He killed a man the other night. He walks free. And it was like his 4th dwi [ link to longisland.news12.com] not sure if someone already posted this. I really may leave New York. I wish I could pick up my life and move it (job, house etc) Get out of there while you can OP. Go for another job elsewhere, even if it's a little less. Cheaper living outside of NYC. I mean it, get the hell out of there. Please.
