Then it became "nuke behind every blade of grass."
Now it's "DEW, Project Thor, and HAARP behind every blade of grass."

The world is an evil place and we cannot expect others to play nice. Just like a gun owner, America needs to be ready to respond to any threat. We need to be armed to the teeth, hoping to never use our weapons, but willing and able to do so if necessary, swiftly and decisively.
