With Moses God took a form to interact with him face to face, but it would be incorrect to think that form that god took is the totality of God who according to judiasm and christianity is formless, which is why idol or graven image can be made for it. Moses also supposedly saw God as a burning bush. To think God in it's totality is a burning bush would be a grave error. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78278918
