Is Amazon The New Piratebay? | |
JJ Johns J to the 3rd User ID: 78129343 Switzerland 01/14/2020 07:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | you have to be responsible for you, and the things you put in your body. a lot more research is needed--not just some guy on youtube. caveat emptor, especially when it comes to things you ingest. and, to expand on zinc... i think 50 mg or less is the max, but, it also depends on many other factors. there are a lot of synergies in the body that also have to be taken into account. same with something like d3 that needs to have magnesium and k2 to prevent heart problems due to calcification. do some research next time. i don't really think amazon is at fault here. not that i like bezos, not at all, just sayin... . . Q33 User ID: 78187044 Canada 01/14/2020 07:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Counterfeit products everywhere down to the very supplements which to me personally gave leukemia and the acute type that kills you quickly, i'm lucky to still be alive! Quoting: KABOOM THE MOONS Not to mention they sell used returned stuff as new all the time. Maybe that's why the "Buy New" button is missing from 99.9% of their products in the front page. Why they hide it? And now they hide the "help" button too so i cant get support through chat, i had to google it to find it the past two day. They removed email support long ago too. From this thread! Thread: !!!!!!!***MEGA BREAKING*** ***SOUL TRAPS***!!!!!!! (Page 269) So this guy got me excited as i was watching this video and then started talking about vegetables and that supplements are important and then he said "zinc home run!", and i was shaking my head. That's a prime example of how i fell into the leukemia trap. They talk about the important of supplements, then zinc home run(that says it all how they hype it out of proportion), so what someone who will watch videos like this will do? He will add 2 and 2 together and go to amazon to buy zinc supplements. Amazon like the devil will welcome them with open arms. Here's some 50mg zinc, take one daily and after 3 months i'll come to collect your soul.(And holy crap if you search zinc at amazon right now it's 50mg everywhere!) Because that's exactly what happened to me. I heard about zinc from a guy on youtube claiming he cures herpes with it and how amazing it is. Then dr berg praising it and how we're all deficient. Then another youtube dr guy how it cures diabetes and so on. They made zinc look like a miracle supplement and when you get cancer you'll have holistic doctors you'll be calling to help you calling you stupid for consuming 50mg zinc daily. That it depletes copper from your body, that it causes leukemia when consuming more than 11mg daily etc etc. Stick to good food mostly red meat(what wild animals eat and have zero health problems) and screw supplements guys, i just looked up another supplement he was recommending MCT and the one star reviews were horrifying. Mostly sellers/manufacturers diluting and changing the product to make more money to straight up counterfeit products where people/buyers would post pictures of the same product they buy locally and the label will look little different, they describe taste and the side effects to be completely different etc. Stay away from supplements guys, especially from amazon, amazon has become the new piratebay!!! (just noticed ebay in piratebay and found it hilarious hahahaha!) I only shop where i can feel the product! |

Buys zinc and turns out it can't cure serious problems, or much of anything else. So, in a nutshell, maybe everything a person sees on YouTube should always, always be taken with a grain of salt and not at face value? Nay, the whole internet? 5* topic for sure |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72306858 I was taking it daily for 3 months before i started throwing up and got sick in my stomach and diagnosed with acute leukemia shortly after. I had seen so many youtube videos with "doctors" and read a lot about how great zinc is and no one advised what is the safe dosage and how long i should be taking it. Everybody praises supplements so i could never imagine so much harm could come from them. Now i see them as a big liability especially when the makers dilute and change the product all the time since they are unregulated and can do whatever they want. |

Do you have any education on supplements? Didn't think so. 50mg is a minimal dose. You get far more then that eating a large steak and salad. |

Turd Ferguson, Jr. User ID: 51522520 United States 01/14/2020 08:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The first sign of zinc toxicity is numbness in the fingertips and toes. If you stop taking it full sensation should return in a few days. If you keep taking it the numbness spreads upwards from the extremities. I was only taking 30mg daily for 2 weeks when it happened to me. Unless you've been tested and have a confirmed zinc deficiency you should leave it alone. Same for all metal supplements. If you eat meat, drink plenty of water and are otherwise healthy your metals and electrolytes should be fine. Last Edited by Col. Sam Flagg on 01/14/2020 08:03 PM |
