Patients with Covid-19 that have the symptoms you describe, would have additional symptoms. If you lose the smell and taste, than it would be Covid-19.

But for your symptoms, if you didn't lost the sense of smell and taste by now, you are experiencing a bad flu.

Fever is getting higher and higher, or my thermometer is broke. Was +38C in the morning, +39C in the evening. Weird thing that my right nostril is hypersensitive to smells, so the opposite of lost sense of smell. At the same time the mucuous memebraces are so raw and irritated that they keep on bleeding. Never had such symptomps before and I'm honestly not a person who visits the doctors. Last time was about a decade ago. Seems I'll have to ask for a doctor's home visit tomorrow if the situation doesn't improve. Feeling real embracassed that it looks like someone broke in and made huge mess (since that's what happened) Russian doctors are highly likely to think horrible of you and give you substandard treatment with no punishment on their records if they don't like you. That makes me real nervous.
