LOL, I for one can tell you that an experience nurse is not looking to jump back into this fight especially for Limeys. This is more of the 'nurse is disposable' mentality arguments. Son, we made it this far in the trenches and lived to tell about it. Remember those wonderful ER staff who stayed to fight the good fight in Wuhan? Dead. Remember during the first wave here in us staff were being rewarded with pizza being sent to their hospitals'? Some dead, down and out with exposed family members.

You all really need to understand that this is the trenches that the Covid fight will be faught on. If this line of isolation/decontamination is not held, society will break. People aren't thinking of going to Europe to save you. They are trying to figure out how to keep their town/village from being infected.

I will give you one bit of help. Look at how the old TB wards were managed.

Good time to point out keeping your cell membranes flexible is important to health and especially recovery.

Take high quality vitamin A and D - oil form is better than pills. Eat high quality omega 3 fatty acid foods such as wild caught cold water fish like mackerel, salmon, and herring. Olive oil and a few other oils are ok on occasion. Skip any foods with hydrogenated oils and other junk foods. These are not good times for taking comfort in garbage foods. Find less harmful comforts if you need that.

High quality easily digestible and absorbable protein is also very important for health - especially if recovering. Every cell needs it, it’s not just for regaining muscle mass and strength.
