LOL, I for one can tell you that an experience nurse is not looking to jump back into this fight especially for Limeys. This is more of the 'nurse is disposable' mentality arguments. Olive oil and a few other oils are ok on occasion. Skip any foods with hydrogenated oils and other junk foods. These are not good times for taking comfort in garbage foods. Find less harmful comforts if you need that.

High quality easily digestible and absorbable protein is also very important for health - especially if recovering. Every cell needs it, it’s not just for regaining muscle mass and strength.

the new nanoparticle vaccine produced 10 times more neutralizing antibodies in mice, even at a sixfold lower dose.

The vaccine candidate was developed using structure-based vaccine design techniques invented at UW Medicine.

in a highly immunogenic array. The molecular structure of the vaccine roughly mimics that of a virus,

The Queen served me a breakfast of eggs, beans, sauteed veggies from our garden, and salmon. DAMN, she is the best!

In other news, I spent an hour stalking a squirrel that has been stealing eggs from our chicken house. He totally ignores the bait in the trap I set for him. No luck; never got a shot at Mr. Squirrel.
