If seroprevalence throughout Ghana matches that found in Accra, that implis that 99.2% of those infected are not tested because they are not sick and that the IFR in Ghana is 0.005% - this should not be unexpected because there are neither fat nor old people in Ghana.

Beginning Thursday, Nov. 5, the Department of Health will establish 12 new testing sites across southern counties, where skyrocketing positivity rates indicate the virus is spreading rapidly.

Seems like the right direction and a new point of care rapid test is hitting the streets today. It won't be long before companies can do rapid testing at the work site on a daily basis.

The cases are already there, but by identifying them, you can get folks isolated to keep from spreading further..... reality is different though..... but I understand his wants. They just don’t line up with what we know about.....

1) humans don’t hold still, even with a positive test....sure some do, but not enough to make a dent.

2) asymptomatic spread makes this a test in futility without proper restrictions.

It seems from everything I can find that the aim of the research was not to actually find antibody prevalence but to map the genomic evolution of the virus in Ghana, which would make extrapolating the results even more ridiculous then the little selection bias I could find:

This reminds me of the the Stanford seroprevalence study in California from april, where they found upto 80% had already been infected when they had around 30k recorded cases.
