Landray apparently dosed people on the trial, according to HydroxyQuinoline NOT HydroxyChloroquine ... AND
KILLED A QUARTER OF THEM.

(They were very sick, so not good test subjects as they were already very Ill and had waited 9
days on average to get the HCQ. The other, better, tests gave it out on day 1.)

It's a very safe drug in general in use since 1981.

I looked for EVERY bit of evidence I could find regarding dangers, and this is the sum total:


Is ivermectin safe?
+ Ivermectin was discovered in the 1970's, and a Nobel prize was awarded for its discovery.
+ It has been used in the UK, EU, US, & Australia as a first- or second-line treatment for Scabies, and around the world for other parasitic infections as well.
+ Ivermectin has been used extensively, including geriatric populations, children>5yrs, and even for livestock, pets etc.
(NB: I have no data regarding pregnant women).
+ The only bits of evidence I am able to find regarding human non-suitability are that it is considered:-
Unsuitable for those with liver or kidney disease (though i have learned that only 1-2% is processed by the kidneys, so likely this is very VERY cautious advice).
Those whom are pregnant (for lack of data).
Children under 5yrs, or of low weight.

Persons having some rare genetic mutations which affect the body's blood-brain-barrier e.g. people simultaneously having two specific (and extremely rare) genetic mutations: Serious Ivermectin Toxicity and Human ABCB1 nonsense mutations, Baudou, Lespine, Durrieu et al. NEJM Aug 20;383(8):787-789.). The first documented Ivermectin reaction due to these two mutations was identified in 2018 in Montpellier, France.
(Remember, in use since 1981...)

+ There are some side-effects documented, some associated with the effects of infestation/parasite death.

+ Some prescription drugs have mild or moderate (no major) interactions with ivermectin e.g. warfarin, diclofenac, and others which I am less familiar with, see drugs.com/drug-interactions/ivermectin-index.html )

+ Alcohol use is discouraged.

The virus itself is known to cross the BBB and may cause Parkinson's - we already have examples of this.
