Ukraine protesters clash with police over China virus evacuees

Kharkiv (Ukraine) (AFP) - Dozens of people clashed with police Thursday outside a hospital in central Ukraine over government plans to quarantine evacuees from coronavirus-hit China in the facility.

Six buses with the evacuees arrived at the medical center, accompanied by law enforcement officers, a video published by Ukrainian media showed.

The policemen had to disperse the protesters to unblock a road that leads to the hospital and to create a cordon for the vehicles.

The demonstrators lit several bonfires and broke at least three bus windows, while some of the evacuees waved Ukrainian flags and some hid their faces behind the curtains.

Flatulence from eating beans is due to lacking enzymes and this worsens as you age. When soaking pinto beans, after they soften, toss the water and use it for something like the garden. Add fresh water. Wait on adding salt and as that produces tough skins. This vastly reduces methane production.

Old beans need lengthy soaks. Then as above but add some baking soda. This makes them more permeable.

Foods like this have essential amino acids. You need all the essential amino acids, so you eat beans with rice. Or corn and beans. ETC.

Bouillon is okay, but they make a paste that was originally designed for commercial use ie restaurants. That is called better than bouillon and is vastly more flavorful.

The whey protein is a great idea. You can use some to boost something which has little protein. Like some applesauce when someone is sick and doesn't feel like eating.
