farmers need electric power to milk their cows and keep the milk cold.but the tank needs pumped into a truck every few days. once this part of the chain stops,what will happen? as long as power is on,farmers might milk til the tank is full.now what? do they let the cows dry up or dump the milk? that is $$ they are dumping.

without workers,the truck is not cleaned,nor is the milk factory. if the power stays on,then hopefully the milk does not start to solidify in the pipes. u might have to replace a lot of stuff not just clean it. such as meat coolers,freezers,parts to factories,machines,etc.ever see a freezer that had meat in it but the power was off for a couple days? u are not getting the smell out. what if all these parts need to b re-inspected to operate???

same ideas will pertain to other items as well. u need materials delivered and the building re-cleaned before workers show up to do the work. many factories need at least a day just to get the furnaces up to temperature before work can begin.
