Ischgl: 42.4 percent have antibodies

As part of the Ischgl study, almost 1,500 residents were tested for CoV and SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in Ischgl (Landeck district) at the end of April. Antibodies were detected in 42.4 percent of the study participants.

With a total of 1,473 subjects, 79 percent of the Ischglers took part in the study.

Once again I'll suggest that you start a thread with a title something like "Covid 19, nothing else, all the time" and see who shows up.

Not to sound angry, because I'm not, but you seem to be suggesting that this thread be run to your expectations and demands.

You've made your suggestions and apparently aren't seeing what it is you expect to see. Disappointing I'm sure. Yet to keep banging your head into a wall because it feels marginally better when you stop is a rough way to go through life, isn't it?

There are many periods when there's nothing "new" or credible to share, other conversations fill those voids.

Too, there are a number of what I guess I'll call "regulars" here who've developed, even superficially, relationships over the past 5+ months. Suggesting that such not be allowed or is somehow inappropriate comes across, at least to my eye, as more than a bit arrogant. I'm sure that's not your intent but it is, sadly, what can be perceived.

Keep in mind this thread moves a lot faster than most, and it's possible that some of your comments or responses just get missed in the shuffle. I wouldn't worry about it.

Anybody looking for a really good, solid mask, I found an N100 on Amazon for about $40. Search Amazon for "Trend N100 mask." It's black and red. I ordered one each for my wife and myself. Very solid, very comfortable, and easy to disinfect. They still had some in stock last time I checked. Better than the disposable N95s and less bulky than the 3M cartridge type masks (which you can't find anyway).

I feel sad but triumphant ......

So like I said... start watching more closely if you do go out.... the zombies are going to start having their second and third infections.

Sorry that I don't have the links, but a couple of weeks ago I read papers regarding UV light and they asserted that full sunlight kills coronaviruses in 5 to 40 seconds. Kind of a huge variable, but helpful for getting packages from the mail.

I got cartridge masks with face shield for myself and entire family the first week of February...and a butt load of cartridge replacements. That said, as long as you are not doing industrial work with big dust, etc., the P100 cartridges last a very, very long time....Months of use even for sporadic use that we do! I use the mask every time I got to an indoor Establishment like grocery, HD, Liquor Run, Pharmacy, or doctor visits for son (and me and my youngest when we went to the ER after his knee accident playing hoops in early march). By the way, every doctor and nurse that saw the 2 of us were commenting that they wish they had what we had!

Get some great comments on the masks like:

1. Damn, that's what I need!
2. What kind of moran are you?
3. You are ready for the apocolypse!
4. an in my face smirk or laugh
5. YOU did that right!!!!!
6. First time using in late february, guy at grocery store laughing his ass off, face timing me to his friend (pre-mask rule in groceries)....I think he might be sick now.


PS...got me an oxygen concentrator as well....still in box in garage, for use (hopefully not) at later date if needed. Actually got a second one by accident and figure it will be a priceless barter item in the future so held onto it as they were a bitch to get and took forever, and that was in mid February!

pretty much fizzled out now.. we all had it around xmas time before it was even a thing on here.

Close talking is a no no. For sure. And tbh, I will NOT be going into any restaurant. Haven't eaten outside of home since....December? We never ate out much anyway, but it's pretty out of the question now.

As to faith...:) I have faith that for every problem, YHVH has already provided the solution. We just have to study and check and find what the solution is. Or, as in this case, solutions. I think there are mitigations. Not complete force field protections, but mitigation efforts that are largely effective.

There are solutions, but there's no return to pre-Covid. And the dastardly thing is that the propagandists have gotten so many to think it is all BS, and that makes this entire plague much worse.
