READ MY EMAIL WARNING US NURSES, SHERIFFS, FIREFIGHTERS, MILITARY ABOUT FLAWED CDC PROTOCOLS, WILL SPREAD CORONAVIRUS

Dear All,

The CDC protocols for handling the coronavirus, specifically, passengers on the flight from Wuhan are flawed and will spread the virus in the USA.

WHO, CDC have a history of faulty protocols leading to infections also in the USA as discussed below.

The flawed CDC protocols caused the Ebola infection of two nurses and put sherriffs, EMS and firefighters at risk in Texas in 2014.

A landmark public health lawsuit won by one of the nurses infected by Ebola due to faulty protocols means that organizations, (hospitals, airports and so) can also be held financially liable if they fail to correct the CDC's wrong protocols and spread the coronavirus.
Nina Pham won a lawsuit for compensation from her employee for their failure to give her the right instructions on how to protect herself while caring for an Ebola patient. Ebola is classified as a biosecurity level 4 disease requiring special gear, training etc to handle.

For clarification, any failure by you to address the faulty CDC protocols putting people at risk could lead to lawsuits and compensation claims given Nina Pham's successful legal precedent.

The lawsuit decided that it does not matter that the WHO, CDC is the so called authority in the world, USA. If factual, basic errors in protocols are made by WHO, CDC, and spread the disease, Nina Pham s lawsuit shows, organizations will be held liable for replicating that error, and they will have to pay compensation to any people infected.

What is the problem with the CDC, WHO coronavirus protocols which you must immediately correct?

CDC protocols screen only for symptoms of the new coronavirus such as fever, coughing etc.

But screening for symptoms only will not detect people incubating the virus, who may be infectious.

That means, the correct approach is to screen for symptoms and also check if they are at high risk due to places or people they met.

People at high risk of incubating the virus should then be physically separated from each other during the incubation period of 14 days to prevent cross infections.

To put people together in quarantine risks spreading a disease among them as experts note.

Bear in mind, the passengers on the flight from Wuhan were selected for the flight in the first place because they were at high risk from the coronavirus in the first place.

Furthermore, the conditions on the flight (confinement in a small space, air conditioning helping droplets and virus to circulate) promote infections during the flight itself.

What are right, standard, protocols for screening, isolation and quarantine?

1. All passengers deemed at high risk have to be physically separated from each other

2. They have to be physically separated from others and from each other for the entire incubation period which is 14 days

3. Anyone going to the passengers (airport staff, nurses, doctors etc) has to wear special protective gear at all times

To repeat, nurses, doctors, staff, military who are instructed to go to passengers without the right protective gear and training and who get infected can sue for compensation as Nina Pham did.

UNICEF warned in 2014 in relation to the Ebola outbreak that confining suspected cases together in quarantine can accelerate infections. The CDC, WHO failed to physically separate all people who could be incubating Ebola or malaria or just flu from each other. That meant people got Ebola during quarantine.

Flawed CDC advice and protocols also nearly caused Ebola infections among passengers in the USA in 2014 by allowing a nurse incubating Ebola, Amber Vinson, to fly on a plane.

After she showed symptoms, and was diagnosed, with Ebola, federal, state officials and the airline had to scramble track 700 passengers and crew because they realized she could have infected someone on her flight while incubating the virus before she showed symptoms or was diagnosed.

As someone at high risk of incubating Ebola because she was a nurse caring for an Ebola patient in Dallas, she should never have been allowed to fly by the CDC.

In fact, she should never have been allowed to mix with anyone during the Ebola incubation period. u

Failures by the CDC in 2014 also meant that EMR, firefighters, sherriffs in Dallas were exposed to Ebola infection.

EMR, firefighters were asked to take Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan to hospital, to inspect his the appartment and clean his car without any protective gear or training for biosecurity level 4 diseases.

After the CDC error was detected, the fire department took corrective measures. Special training and gear was issued.

A Dallas deputy sherriff , Michael Monnig, who had been sent into the apartment of the man who had died from Ebola, and exposed to Ebola, was put in hospital under observation.

Fact is he should never have been tasked with dealing with a disease classified as a biosecurity level 4 threat in the first place as I wrote to Texas sheriffs in 2014. Please see email forwarded below.

Likewise today, sheriffs, firefighters, military personnel should not be tasked with handling people who could have the coronavirus disease. This is a job for people trained in the right protocols, with the right training and equipment.

Please do not allow the CDC to make the same protocol error as they did in 2014 and place lives in jeopardy again.

Please correct the screening protocols immediately to prevent infections.

To repeat, screening for symptoms, temperature, is not enough to detect people incubating a disease. It is not the standard approach.

People incubating a disease can infect others before they become symptomatic and are identified under current CDC protocols.

Because spreading a disease through faulty protocols is a criminal offense, I am also ccing Sherriff departments.

I urge you to be proactive to stop any passengers who may be incubating the virus, but who have not yet shown any symptoms, from infecting each others, infecting employees at your airports and infecting military personnel at March Airforce base.
