I don't want to risk his or my positions, but we are both government employees at reasonably high levels for two European countries, UK and France. We have known and trusted each other for many years.
He knows my personal opinions on many things despite being a govt employee and therefore his call surprised me because I knew right away why he called. He wanted my take on this situation as he is likely getting COG echos on his end.
He is aware of the danger in London and now that there is a confirmed case there is no way to stop the spread within the city.
Here in France we are waiting for the same to happen in Paris particularly however I have no intel on that as of today as our channels are not conveying information.
However the situation will move quickly in the coming days.
First warned will be best prepared to move out.

I was told to steer clear of all population centres effective yesterday, and specifically London because I travel there often for business.
Further details won't be forthcoming and you would have no reason to believe them anyway.
I will be following that advice myself. If you can you should do so.
Also, stock up on vitamin C. Ascorbic acid. Follow the Riordan protocol. I think many poeople fail to realize just how powerful vitamin C is. Not being anywhere near a major population centre, having adequate food supplies and everything necessary to administer intravenous vitamin C to myself is the sum total of my preparations.
I'm quietly confident though if that means anything.
I have had something similar before. Flu-like symptoms, total hallucinations (as in 3-4 days missing from my memory), pain everywhere and lungs constantly filling with yellow fluorescent gunk. I didn't have a drip at the time but as soon as I received the vitamin C I push injected it.
I was up and about within 48 hours.
