I think it’s pretty apparent now that the virus (at an absolute minimum) is very easily spread in aerosol. There have been studies of China saying it’s in fact airborne. That would explain the massive amount of spraying being undertaken in China.

They leave work in the state they were in during the shift. In the John Radcliffe in Oxford only theatres staff had showers. For obvious reasons. The only other changing showers were down in the basement so you had to shower and then wander down the corridors the refuse was transported through.

I was at the flower market yesterday in NH. There were only 2 workers there. My rep was coughing up a lung and told me he had to leave and the other guy would help me because he had been "coughing for weeks and it's getting worse". I backed away from him but still within 6' of him.

He visited Hawaii after Christmas and not sure of any other travels but I know he was on vacation again 2 weeks ago.

My luck to go to a warehouse with only 2 people in it and one probably has the virus.

So now I wait. It will probably be Easter before I start coughing.

I'm a 50 yo female, scarred lungs (they don't know why), have "fibromyalgia" and an "undetermined autoimmune disease" (looking at Lupus, RA, UC, AS). PCOS (female hormone disorder), blood sugar issues but not diabetic. Not any heart issues I'm aware of. Meds are anxiety pills, Metformin, Gabapentin.

I work at a small farm store that has lots of foot traffic of all kinds of races. Seems everyone that comes thru is sick.

I have a side farm business and it's hard for me to make any plans for this summer season as I have no idea what the world will be like by then. I have several requests to come out and visit my farm but I feel like "why bother? We're all gonna be sick or dead".

1) Anyone else putting off plans for the future because of the unknown?

2) Anyone else come across sick people and not sure what to do? if anything? am I fuked? Any first signs I can look for? (I know that answer is "no" but I'm asking anyway, lol).

That way noninfected standard patients in no way are next to potentially infected folks.
