Never seen such a thing. Some good news, the mandatory permit system has been disabled in my region and I didn't get to use it once as I am a bit of a conscientious abstainer when it comes to surveillance :) Wearing masks outdoors feels really uncomfortable though.

Not really, Moscow's system can recognize you even in a mask. What I did mean is that I don't support our leaky, surveillance app that was used to ask for permits, never even installed it. Don't like it one bit. Regarding death rate and falling doctors. I don't believe our official death rate one bit, there are tons of stories with misery and suffering that our lousy hospital system has led to, but i do my best to avoid reading about it.



Thanks for the warm words. Hope you are doing well. I'm near Moscow, in the Moscow Region. Things are mostly quiet here. Although some pesky heavy equipment removed a fence for a nearby forested area and I'm afraid they will turn it into another mall, or a parking lot. I do hate the degradation of my surrounding nature as it makes me feel real torn up. Never been much of a fan of big cities and concrete jungles.

Got an offer to study Electrical Engineering at a Norwegian University, so now my fundraiser to get out from this misery becomes even more important I have absolutely no desire to remain here, as all the things that made this 'home' have been torn up and removed quite some time ago. Nothing left here for me.
