Good evening from a cloudy Moscow. Welcome to page 9339 +6.8C and been rater cold this week in general. Had hail falling the other day, covered the ground in a blanket of ice. Never seen such a thing. Some good news, the mandatory permit system has been disabled in my region and I didn't get to use it once as I am a bit of a conscientious abstainer when it comes to surveillance :) Wearing masks outdoors feels really uncomfortable though.
