Hey everyone, hope you are all well and safe? Our county in NW Arkansas is up to 10 cases, 0 deaths - so we are holding steady. Tourism exploded 3 weekends ago & very few bothered with masks or social distancing (which is very difficult in our tiny downtown area). Our merchants have masks on hand & have tried without a great deal of success to require them, but the pushback has been strong.

We're hoping to avoid rioting & looting, our little tourist town is very old, about 95% of our buildings are on the National Historic Register, all locally owned small businesses. Mom & Pop stores & restaurants are already devastated financially from CV - we couldn't come back from looting & riots. But, Arkansas is a poor state and this is a hard place to get to, so maybe our area will be spared.

Increase of newly hospitalized 7 day average is stable downwards (~128 daily compared to say ~135 a week before and ~157 the week before that). Remind me again in ~5 days to check. Infection->Hospitalization ~5 days->Mortality ~14 days. Still had 5% of new tests positive though, which is relatively high atm.
