let me explain how NY State works. Gaymo says i did a tax cap on property tax. saved everybody lots of $$. it's a joke. he did freeze the cap ,u now need the voters or some other ok' for local govern to raise it.but it is a SMALL % of the total. what happened? the locaL govern's need funds since the state dictates what they must do but doesn't give them the cash to do it.how do u get it? u raise the property value. u pay the same % but on double the home value. didn't save anyone 1 red cent.

problem is bnow they have no cusion to use.NYS is tapped out. many ppl left. they held property thinking frackiong was coming.the property values were figured at,get this,
at 2008 rates pre-recession and with the natural gas rights.now u pay high $$ taxes on worthless property that u can't get the gas from. but yeah GAMO saved everybody. g3 bvfbbft4uceeu

Unless I missed the announcement I don’t think anyone official is saying wave one is over.

I heard just today that there are cases in NY reappearing after they supposedly had been declared healed. Sounds like the covid just went dormant and these poor people weren’t reinfected.

Changes in blood platelets triggered by COVID-19 could contribute to the onset of heart attacks, strokes, and other serious complications in some patients who have the disease, according to scientists.
