I collected three gallons of mulberries over the past few days. Tomorrow I’m going to make mulberry jam with xylitol instead of sugar and a special pectin made for doing that.

My garden was flooded again and everything growing in it is dirty. Hope the dirt keeps the pests from eating everything, lol.
