If I can hit one of them using the 2-meter radio in my truck, and one of them has a 160-meter setup, then you could theoretically put together a very basic long-distance communications system.

Actually, I don't even need to hit a GLP member who has a 160-meter rig. I just have to hit *any* operator with one and ask him to relay a message on the pre-determined frequency.

Well, so much for my optimistic guess of six days.

both are wrong. i don't think we have gave up yet. we still have hope. slim hopes but hope.many of us continue to work at prepping and avoiding the virus.i still think it can b eradicated in a small tight fit community that tends to its ppl without importing stuff.not easy but possable.

there is hope for mutations that make this less dangerous. do u want to get it and die a week before that? no. there is hope in some being immune.

My husband got a nasty cold and tested positive . After 10 days still positive. It’s ruined our lives temporarily . He’s a realtor and lost listings , can’t got to closing . His fantasy football league he loves called and Uninvited him. Had to cancel our kids sweet 16 party. Kids aren’t allowed at school . We have been sharing a bed with him and don’t have it .
