Show of hands who is getting the flu shot this year
Quoting: Tarnished Halo Not me. I've never had one, actually. I'm not defiant or militant about it, fyi. I've never had the flu. I'm not necessarily an anti-vaxxer or anything, but I asked my father about it. I've never had the flu, and he's almost 80 and he's never had the flu... except for when he got a flu shot because he was having surgery a couple years ago and they made him get one. Immediately fell ill within a couple of days. He said it was the sickest he's ever been in 7 decades on this planet... that kinda made up my mind. Yeah, that's what I meant....I'm not really an anti-vaccine person. I've had all the ones you have to get to go to school, etc., but I'm not interested in anything that isn't tried and true. I'm all for the measles, mumps, rubella, and dip-tet shots:
