Doommonkey, Although I was vegan for years, I have to tell you the thing that’s made the biggest difference for me is adding fish to my diet. Even if you don’t want to go that way having a few cases of canned wild caught salmon in your preps might be a lifesaver.

I rotate it out with other fish but the days after I eat salmon are by far my most productive and happy days. It’s pretty much what Iditarod sled dogs eat exclusively and now I know why.
