For those of you talking about Winston Churchill, you might like the interview / discussion between Hugh Hewitt and Dr. Larry Arnn about Churchill. They did a series on him several years ago that might be on a podcast somewhere. It was really good.

May be too early to tell, but it's looking like they're gonna peak at 1/3 the daily cases of Belgium and 1/10th the deaths with a similar population.

Their reporting is a bit wonky like Spain though, might take a couple weeks to know where they really stand.

Having a bit of herd immunity seems to lower the severity of cases... look at what's going on in Arizona now compared to July with similar case numbers.

Same thing is going on in New England... big case numbers but severe cases are much lower.

Until they admit that schools are COVID superspreaders I view all this Thanksgiving propaganda as just that, fucking horseshit not worth listening to.

My area went months without any COVID cases and within weeks of the college resuming in-person classes there is a major outbreak of nearly a hundred cases centering on that town and fanning outwards.

I, as one, will not be meeting with our usual thanksgiving crowd. We will be meeting with our very careful son and his girlfriend.
