If you read the article it mentions getting tested twice per week.
The idea is intended only for temporary purposes while the vaccine is being rolled out.

I believe the Army may be involved as well, so they could easily set up field hospitals to meet the demand. I wouldn't get to excited about freedom, being housebound for 8 months, not going out for fear of catching the virus isn't freedom either. Take your pick.... Again.... the fear conversation..... Let’s review that..... I am not fearful. Unfortunately, I take my responsibility to my littles more seriously. And that confuses a lot of folks. My freedom lies in the fact that I am making a choice to protect my family. I am not being forced to participate. Now let’s review the recent issue, in my community, my normal social circles have over 50% infected ... this month.... and we have lost several now, plus more on ventilators. So while those untouched use mental gymnastics to excuse their plans as Freedumb..... I will use my freedom to make more prudent decisions and enjoy my hygge of a home. Stay safe. Freedumb passes will be warped..... I truly hope you don’t get that far. Each to their own, if it works for you that's great CC, but for the rest of us who work for a living, we need a credible system of test, trace and finally vaccine to ensure our long term freedoms are secured... Stay safe
