what OP lays out as a plan might have worked. i do not think it can b done legally.not all countries function like CHINA. this may be the hail marry that the world will use late in the game. in the US it will take imposing ML to make it legal.

this is where i go back and blame the "great"/sarc CDC. the rules that were sent down by the President were not enforced to stop the air travel. was that due to greed or ignorance? the CDC admitted to lying to the ppl back then.that led to distrust. as i have stated repeatedly- this is where the CDC failed by not informing the public early and properly. the CDC failed even to properly isolate the returning passengers and that with the greatest muilitary full of medics and bases. we did not utilize resources.

all returning flights could have been rerouted to military bases.never moving sick/infected ppl thru the airports. all passengers should have been in masks at least before leaving the plane. the task force should have had a top notch PR person that would use the TV and net to explain to the ppl what we were up against. and do i need to remind everyone how it took MONTHS before the "professional",highly educated,multiple-college degreed CDC figured out that isolated just an infected person and not everyone in the home was just idiotic?

the failures by the shadow agencies or govern if u prefer led to more being infected. they actually helped the virus spread instead of trying to stop it.
