I am not an abductee that I know of but it seems that they can alter space and time as easy as we can blink. I wish I knew of a way to help stop abductions but it seems impossible when they can stop or slow time or operate at different rates of time. Their craft/tech can run at normal speed for them but much slower/stopped for us. That would allow them to do anything faster than a camera can capture. There would appear to be no escape from that other than trying to escape while they have you and acquire that tech. Seems like a tall order when you are paralyzed though.
