I wont say I never break the speed limit, I do. But when I realize I'm coming upon someone fast, I first look at my speedometer. If I'm above the speed limit then I back off. I dont expect someone driving what the safe posted speed is, to move just because I refuse to slow down.

No matter how fast I go....even 10 miles over the speed limit many cars fly by me. People don't pay attention to speed limits anymore. People seem like they are in a great hurry today. Riding someones bumper in Pa. is called aggressive driving.

This is a case where an unreasonable portion of society has to be catered to. Sorta like a minority group, but in a mentally incompetent sort of way.
See there were these speed limits posted on the roadways..for safety purposes. But there were those who refused to adhere to them, with any consistancy(mental minority group)
What do we do with minority groups? Make them abide by laws like everyone else? Or give them special privilege and make them free from the law. Entitlements..
