The test results I find out this week will prove it as well but I ain’t getting one goddamn penny back since I couldn’t put up the 50k myself. Thank God they didn’t add another when I was arrested the next week for Manufacturing due to a Lab they found during the raid. ive known people who have been arrested and later on lab results shown the pills were vitamins and stuff.

they had to pay the lawyer fines, never got found guilty, but that's money out of the pocket they never got back.

moral of story. keep car clear of rock salt, vitamins, crumbs, anything and don't get pulled over.

and then still there's the chance they'll plant something and you'll get busted.

Fake. They have field drug testing kits where they test possible substances found in the vehicle that may look like drugs.

And you wouldn't pay for a fuckin lawyer if you knew they were not drugs.

Hey Fucktard, those testing kits have been proven over and over and over to create false positives. These field test kits have quite a bit of a margin of error. Since youre so quick to poo poo this here is some reading for you.

You know, I got stopped for that in Hutchinson Kansas years ago.

I was driving my monster truck "Vengeance" up main street.
This was back about 2002.

I had just won a harassment debate at city council meeting that was even on tv. Was still being harassed. No ticket, just a warning from a big blonde fat guy that made it a habit.

I'd threatened to sue, they changed an old ambiguous ordinance about modifying vehicle height, originally aimed at the '70's modified muscle cars. Rear suspension raised exposing gas tanks.

My truck was 9000 lbs, 9 feet tall. Just under legal height with 5 ton military tires. 70" or 5' 10" to bottom of tail lights. Legal maximum height was 72" or 6 feet to bottom of tail lights......Learned that from a State trooper that gave me a road side inspection one time. Said he was impressed, I even had a back up beeper.

They dropped the ordinance by vote just as I was headed to the podium......chickenshits!!

Re: Did I Break Any Laws?
Hypothetically Speaking

Let's say was driving down the road when I see police lights. I get pulled over while eating a hash brown after I got done grocery shopping and using the drive thru at McDonalds. I was questioning myself if it is illegal to eat and drive. I recall throughout the week I also ate a donut and pistachios while driving in the car and didn't think anything of it. I have a couple pieces of rock salt on the floor of my car and bird poop on my hood.

The groceries were in the trunk which include jolly ranchers, coconut cream candy, breath mints, cotton candy, jar of honey, powdered milk, tortilla dough, sage, kitty litter, peppermint soap, vitamin powder, herbal male enhancement and asprin.

I am placed in handcuffs and tossed in a cop car. I hear the police mention sending a swat team to my home. At home I spend a lot of time tending to my garden which includes sunflowers, habiscus, mint, okra, tomato plants along with maple trees which I use to collect maple syrup.

Did I break any laws?

Yes, it's against the law to eat or drink (anything) while operating a motor vehicle. So your answer is yes.

By that standard, checking the spedo, shifting 3 on the tree or 6 on the floor would be an infraction. In trucking where there may be 15 on the floor it would create quite the traffic jam.tounge

If those are illegal actions, I would think that they could be used as a defense to speeding and driving too slow, and would require the Big Three to recall all manual transmissions, and install a moment by moment audible speed announcement. tounge
